A game I solo-designed for an interactive writing unit, The Sea of Doubt was my attempt at creating a looping structure within Twine, and creating a story about breaking the cycle. I wanted to reinforce the theme that getting out of a hopeless situation requires intiating change, and even if it doesn't immediately produce results, you have to trust that your efforts will be rewarded eventually.
